Three keys to growing a church:
Recruit - You must recruit good managers to assist and share the load with. We need good workers and leaders to move the church forward for growth. However without managers (Staff) that's able to help you structure, plan, and work with problem solving, you will only be able to go so far.
Leadership Development (Train) - The purpose for Leadership Development: Equipping Leadership to lead, and raising the bar on excellence. Hearing something or viewing one time means that you have been informed. However, it takes more than just being informed to really learn and be effective. It takes practice and development which means going over something again and again. The training is a must to remain on staff.
Release - A leader will carry the entire load until they otherwise persuade others to help. A leader that fails to plan, plans to fail. Everything must be planned out well in advance.
